Criminal behaviour order for Sandbach man
A SANDBACH man, whose anti-social behaviour was making life a misery for residents and retailers, has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Nathan Tarry, 33, from Middlewich Road, had the order imposed on him by South and East Cheshire Magistrates following a string of incidents from public order offences to carrying knives.
The two-year order prevents him from behaving in an anti-social manner, using foul, abusive offensive or threatening behaviour, attempting to enter vehicles without permission, refusing to leave shop, commercial premises or licensed or hospital premises if asked to leave.
He has been baned from going into Sandbach businesses including The Glasshouse, Aldi, and the Co-op on Middlewich Road.
PC Mark Cook said: “Tarry has been causing issues in Sandbach for the past few months and was having a significant impact on the community.
“Securing this Criminal Behaviour Order means that we can prevent further issues making Sandbach a better place to live, work and visit. If he breaches he will face going to prison.”
